The raffle is conducted by Wellers Hill Bowls Club Inc (ABN 65 705 576 413) herein referred to as The Club, an eligible association formed and operated principally for community and sporting purposes. Entry is open to all individuals aged 18 years and over. Members of the management committee of The Club, individuals directly involved in the conduct of the draw, and their immediate family members residing at the same premises are ineligible to enter. Tickets are priced at $10 each. Tickets are sold individually. Each ticket is numbered consecutively. Tickets will be sold from Monday 25th November 2024 to 4pm 22nd December 2024. The draw will take place on Sunday 22nd December 2024 at 5pm at Wellers Hill Bowls Club, 34 Esher St, Tarragindi, QLD. Prizes include: 1st Prize: $500 ($250 meat tray + $250 drink package); 2nd Prize: $250 ($150 meat tray + $100 drink package); 3rd Prize: $150 ($100 meat tray + $50 drink package); 10 x $25 drink vouchers. Prizes are drawn in descending order of value unless otherwise advertised. All sold tickets will be included in the draw. The draw will be conducted using an electronic random number generator. Each ticket has a fair and equal chance of winning. Winners will be notified via mobile phone or email within 7 days of the draw. Results will be published on the official social media channels for The Club. Prizes must be claimed within one year from the draw date. Unclaimed prizes after this period may be applied to The Club's purposes. The raffle is conducted in accordance with the Charitable and Non-Profit Gaming Act 1999 and associated regulations. This raffle is conducted under the guidelines provided by the Queensland Government for Category 2 games. The Club is not liable for any loss or damage suffered or sustained as a result of the raffle or the acceptance of any prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Personal information collected is used solely for the purpose of conducting the raffle and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except as required by law. By purchasing a ticket, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
